Only a few slot games have ever reached the level of success needed to lead to a third slot instalment. Cash Bandits has done it though, and since we’ve reviewed the previous two games for you, it would be a shame if we didn’t focus on the third one here.

The develop is the same, of course

We wouldn’t expect another developer to jump in on this theme, and so we are back in the reliable hands of RTG for the third game in this series.

We have a third demo to play as well

Just as we could play the previous two games as practice ones to start with, so we can do the same here as well.

Another take on the same theme

Not much has changed with the theme, as we’re back at the bank with cops and robbers trying to outdo each other throughout the slot game.

You can expect better graphics in this design

With a gap between each release in this series, technology has had a chance to develop in ways that are going to benefit each instalment. We can see that most clearly in this third game in the series. We sure hope we get to see a fourth as well…

Get ready to play Cash Bandits 3

There are five reels in action here, with three symbols arriving on each one when the spinning stops. Once again, there are two progressive prizes available above the reels, along with all the prizes in the paytable.

We can see a bandit as the wild symbol, with the chance that you’ll see one or more of them on any spin. The game logo comes into play as the scatter, and is simple enough to spot as well.

How many paylines are there?

You get 25 of them in this game.

Place your bets on this third slot game in the series

There is a larger range here than we’ve seen in other titles from RTG. We have coins from one cent up to one dollar, with one coin playable per line giving a total bet of between 25 cents and $25.

Make sure you look over the paytable

Even if you only give it a glance before you play, you’ll learn plenty from it and can refer to it whenever you wish.

The vault bonus round returns for more

And it is bigger and better than ever. It leads to some free games, with the standard five spins plus a 2x multiplier acting as the starting point. We have six vaults inside this round, all seen on the same screen. Triggering the bonus takes three, four, or five scatter symbols in the same spin in the base game. Guess the numbers and see if you can get one or more of those vaults to pop open.

What’s the best outcome with those free spins?

If you manage to open each of the six vaults, you’ll find free games and multipliers in each. Total those up and the biggest prize is 390 free games – more than either of the previous games in the series. The biggest multiplier reaches new heights as well, at 23x. The pick quantity you get equals the number of triggering scatters you spotted.

RTP unknown

Just as it was for the previous two games in the series, and all other RTG slots too.

Does our rating reach the highest level?

We always award points out of 10, and we see no reason to give this any less than 10 points.

What is the prize potential like in this game?

Would you believe the best outcome is 115,000x your bet? We guess that might relate to the free spins, as the progressives could get to a higher level before they drop.

The real thing is a great game to try

If you find the game offers everything you could want from a slot, you can play the RTG game from a quarter a go.

And yes, it has a mobile version as well

What more could you want from this slot game, apart from the top prize of course?
